Sing A Song
Sing a song of Christmasa pocket full of stars. While the shepherds nodded, angels flew past Mars, flew past wily wolvesGod scattered out of sight, flew to humble shepherds, and changed dark sky to bright.
Sing a song of Christmasa pocket full of hay, down a rocky slope those shepherds dashed that day, full of hope and wonder, full of pure delight, full of angel promisesof Jesus born that night.
Sing a song of Christmas, a pocket of surprise-Mary's tiny babyslept before their eyes. How those shepherds worshiped, how those shepherds prayed, how those shepherds spread the news, content and unafraid.

Shepherds
Leaning on rocks as they kept track of sheep.a few shepherds dosed, but they couldn’t all sleep.Their duty was guarding, not letting wolves creepclose enough to grab dinner with one mighty leap.
An angel appeared. What a scary surprise! They were awed by his brightness stunned by the sizeof the light that spread wider than beams at sunrise. Then more angels came. They filled up the skies.
The message they brought: “Christ has come down.He was born in a stable in Bethlehem townand laid in a trough with no jewels or crown.Jesus was wrapped in clothes soft as a gown.”
The shepherds went racing downhill on that night. They were dancing with gladness and heavenly light. They searched a few sheds, then stopped at the sightof the Babe in a manger. What a delight!
Oh how they honored Him. Oh how they praised. And the joy that surrounded them lasted for days.It lasted for years and it won’t go away.Just listen to carolers singing today.

Salvation Baby
Does it take a village?Does it take an offering?Does it take good efforts-food given to the poor?
Does it take religion?Does it cost a fortune?Does it call for auras, yoga shapes on the floor?
You could never do it.You cannot achieve it.It only takes one sinto block you from the Gate.
All the good you’re doingwill not gain you entrance.God demands perfection.Don’t fear, it’s not too late.
Jesus in a mangeron this globe, a stranger, was born of a womanso for you, He could die.
He, the perfect Savior,is your substitution. He came down to this earthto raise you up on High.
John 3:16

Wise Men
They plodded along between high camel humpswith food, clothes, and blankets rolled up into lumps.Gold, myrrh, and frankincense jarred with each bumpas they twisted through mountains with bushes in clumps.
They lumbered along sitting high on the backsof the beasts they were guiding and keeping on track.Over-excited, they could not relax. They were searching for Someone and would not turn back.
The light that first startled them was quite a sight. It grew bigger and brighter than comets that night. It must be a prophecy, what a delight! It must be a new king. Those Wise Men were right.
They stopped at King Herod’s place, causing a stare.Their questions upset him. He stifled a glare. The Jews have a new king? You must find out WHERE! In Bethlehem was the child. Wise Men went there. They found the boy's home and presented Him gold, frankincense, myrrh. Then as they were told, avoided King Herod. (He had highways controlled.) They snuck away quickly. Those Wise Men were bold.
